Kiwix guarantees the Raspberry Pi hotspot against defects for 90 days from purchase. We will repair or replace defective products at no cost.

  1. Contact support at hotspot@kiwix.org.
  2. Provide device serial number and details of the defect.
  3. Ship the product back to us at this address. Please make sure that you send us the tracking number.

Return Policy

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your hotspot as much as we do, but we also have a no-questions-asked return policy that can be activated within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Conditions

The Hotspot, the charger and all components must be in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Get a tracking number and ship the product back.

Refunds

  1. Refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after receiving your device.
